FAQ!

Hi everyone I just wanted to take a second to explain some of my frequently asked questions! 

 

My mail hasn't arrived yet, what do I do? 

If you are in the USA, please wait up to 2 weeks before reaching out to me. If you are international, please wait up to 1 month. After your times please message me and I will do everything I can to help! 

Is shipping tracked? 

No! Shipping is only through stamped mail. Unless your order has a washi tape, charm, or anything too big for stamped mail...you will receive tracked shipping and you will receive a tracking number when I send it out. 

Can I get tracked shipping? 

Yes you can! I will be releasing a product under "Tracked domestic shipping" or "tracked international shipping" and the price will cover your shipping!

When do you release new designs?

I don't have a set time of releasing new designs but I believe I do every 2-3 months? Sometimes every month! 

You're out of stock of an item, when will you restock?

If I am out of stock, please please message me on my Instagram or through here! I sometimes miss if something is out of stock and can always add more to an item! 

How long after ordering will my mail be shipped?

After you order, it can take 2 DAYS - 2 WEEKS till your order has shipped. I’m unavailable 7am-7pm Sunday-Tuesday so I’m currently working on finding a routine for my business. But I try to get everything done in a timely manner. If you need it to be sent out ASAP, please put that in the notes of your order. :)

What material is your stickers?

Sticker sheets-Online Labels Matte Sticker Paper

Vinyl Stickers-Online Labels Matte Weatherproof Vinyl Sticker Paper and I add a laminated sheet on top.
